Make it

As a young adult I knew my path was service to others. I attended school for social services becoming a registered social service worker. When life presented challenges, I sought out yoga. I fell in love with it, then became a certified yoga teacher. I opened my yoga studio, Yoga with Ona, where I happily provided wellness services and was honored to receive awards for my teaching & space. I’ve taught yoga for 25 years now.

I have extensively worked for corporations in social services, child & youth work and education. I always come back to my roots; my love of holistic wellness through the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
